Stainless Steel/Aluminum

Wipe clean with disinfectants between uses. Boiling can also be used but avoid regular boiling.

Mild Steel

Wipe clean with disinfectants between uses. Re-oil afterward with olive oil or another food grade oil. Any rust can be removed with sandpaper. Avoid moisture.

Plastic

Wipe clean with plastic safe disinfectant. Avoid prolonged sunlight.

Dulling

Most items can be dulled by rubbing against sandpaper, nail files or at last resort - concrete sidewalks.
