Basically how it works is that you thread a strap through it (basic nylon buckle strap included for an additional fee) and fasten it to your willing victim. The fork is placed as shown, directly below the chin. The forks dig into the chin and the breast bone and won't allow the head to come down.
The points come dulled and generally not sharp enough to penetrate skin. The fork is about 5.5" in length which will fit most necks. Made of solid steel and coated in Titanium oxide for a rainbow finish.
